What Is Possible Is Here Now

2022-24

What Is Possible Is Here Now (2022–2024) is a three-channel video and sculptural installation commissioned by the Providence Children’s Museum as the culminating project of its three-year Creativity Initiative.

Supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, Roger Williams University, and Tufts University, the installation invites children and adults into a participatory environment where play and perception become intertwined forms of research.

The work expands the McMillans’ long-standing interest in transforming architecture into an experiential site for inquiry—here shifting scale and audience to engage the imaginative intelligence of children.
